Yes, Amazon.in/com (Amazon Export.LLC) is best Computer Component Store, in fact, leading eCommerce store in India but Products Imported via .com/Global Store do not have Any Warranty in India (Even though we pay all legal taxes and custom charges for that import as distributors do still we don’t get repair or replacement warranty after the 15 days or 7 days special return policy of amazon for global store products) and speaking precisely about some computer parts and peripherals which are sold at amazon.in are 10% costly than what you can buy at offline stores + they have very limited after sales support while it does ensure that you will get correct, intact and genuine product shipped at your door-step in selected time with 7 days return policy, The amazon guaranty and product service warranty in India is mentioned by some sellers but if seller is not part of authorized distribution (happens when you buy refurbished or a product which is sold by seller which isn’t a legal re-seller) and so brand can refuse to service your product if the deal wasn’t from an authorized distribution.
Also a lot of sellers on Amazon.in nowadays Tend to misuse the polices which amazon formulated to protect seller and customer interests. Such Policy Abusing Sellers are shipping un-boxed and partially used items to consumers and are able to get away because of the Amazon Policy. Yes, Consumers can return such items to get the replacement without paying extra but the replacement that will come is also going to be with Broken/Tempered SEALS, USAGE MARKS, SCRATCHES and with “SIGNS” which will indicate this item is not brand new i.e: un-boxed and this game continues until the 3rd Replacement Request is made by you then they will tell you to accept the Refund and Return the Goods. In the Very END you will accept their solution as Your Time is already wasted (I Guarantee u will waste 3 Weeks for 2 replacements as the replacement order does not ship under amazon prime policy of 1 day delivery).
Note: Not all Amazon sellers are the same which is why am placing amazon at top but this can still happen to You specially During those Mega/Great Indian Diwali Discount Sales which show Reduced Prices but then in few cases they also reduce the “Product Quality” which helps them in reducing their loss by shipping un-boxed, Broken Seal Items from their old stock or returned stock to New Customers.
Amazon never shares the contact number of its sellers to customers and its not possible to find the sellers shop offline in some cases u can find the sellers shop by referring waybills but a lot of these sellers have different Business name for offline and online stores purpose. When u get real mad u will be fighting with Amazon Care Executives which will only waste more of your Time “So Always go through the Comment Section of Product Before Making the Purchase”
Hence we needed an alternative and while searching online. I came across some of the Indian Dealer/Sub-Distributors which have a Physical store/branch/office to sell products offline as well as Online using their own websites, and they ship across India, as they are certified distributors and some of them are sub-distributors of importers like acro engineering company (1 of the authorized imported of multiple brands) who not just helps in claiming warranty, RMA support to customers but also owns some of authorized repair/service centres of certain brand like Asus, MSI, G.Skill, Cooler Master, BenQ, Nvidia, ekwb custom cooling etc.
Also, these stores sell cheaper than Amazon in India do as well they have physical shops (certain Aurthosied dealership) and online helplines where you can call and contact about any support issues.

And then I came across a very old review of mdcomputers which is about a frustrated customer who is complaining on some forum saying, he ordered a Corsair Spec 01 Cabinet and got a defective one (had a dents on side panel while shipping by courier people as packaging was not good) and so he asked for replacement which he received after 15 days and product which he un-boxed had 2 dents which he explains happened due to poor packaging which was done and there was no space in bubble wrap and packaging box which caused bubble to burst and eventually product is left with no insulation from impacts. This guy also mentions he wanted a replacement than refund but they were blaming him and avoiding replacement. So, by agreeing to such terms which I highlighted earlier we are putting our hard earned money at risk
Because most of the user never read such terms which can be used against consumers at 1st place.
